Alona Tal

Alona Tal is an Israeli-American actor and singer. Her birthplace was in Herzliya on October 20, 1983. After serving as a member of the Israeli Defense Forces, she started her career. Her acting debut was in an Israeli film in 2003. In addition to her roles in Israeli films, she also recorded several tracks with Subliminal. Tal moved in with her sister in New York in order to get a break from her professional life. In the song "Party to Damascus" she performed the collaboration with Wyclef Jean from Haiti. She also managed to establish herself as a star on American TV, starting with a recurring part in the series Veronica Mars: She originally auditioned for the lead role, but creator Rob Thomas wrote a new character exclusively for her. Tal eventually got an established role in the CBS series. After making the move to New York, he appeared in two TV shows in Israel. Recorded a song with the singer Wyclef Jean.
