Mila Kunis Bio

 Mila Kunis was born Milena Kunis in Chernivtsi in Ukraine on August 14, 1983. Kunis, then seven years old, emigrated to America with her parents Elvira and Mark Kunis. Then she moved to Los Angeles. The Kunis family only had $250 to their name when they arrived in their new country. Kunis' parents both quit their professions to help their kids. Mark, a former engineer in mechanical engineering, swiftly found work as a taxi driver. Elvira, an entomologist from Ukraine, ended up running a pharmacy. Kunis acknowledged that he did not understand American culture at first. "I did not understand the American people. I was not conversant in the language. My first sentence of my essay for admission to college was like, 'Imagine being blind and deaf at the age of 7.' It was similar to being a newcomer to the States. But it was not an easy change. Milena Markovna Kunis, the daughter of Mark Kunis and Elvira Chernivtsi in Ukraine was born on August 14th in 1983. Her elder brother is also hers. Her mom is a physics teacher and also manages a pharmacy. Her father is a mechanical engineer, however, he also works as a taxi driver. When she was seven years older, her family relocated to Los Angeles. Rosewood Elementary School was her primary school. At nine years old she began learning to act. After auditioning for commercials in a variety of different spots and a variety of other commercials, she was a star in her first appearance on television on Days of Our Lives’ in 1994. Her first major role in 1998 as Jackie Burkhart on the hit sitcom 'That's the 70s Show'. After receiving rave reviews, she was tapped to play the role of Meg Griffin on animated sitcom  Family Guy'.
