Aaron Jeffery

The Logie Award-winning actor of New Zealand and Australia, Aaron C. Jeffery. His role includes Terry Watson in Water Rats and Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters. He was also the character Matt "FletchThe Fletcher" Fletcher in Wentworth. Jeffery was born in Auckland's Howick and he moved to Australia when he was seventeen years old. He was a student at NIDA. After graduating from NIDA the school, he began his TV career with the children's program Ship to Shore. Jeffery is best known for his part in McLeod's Daughters as Alex Ryan. He left the show in 2008. He also appeared in the third season of New Zealand drama series Outrageous Fortune. Jeffery appeared in the series Underbelly: Badness as Frank. On the 22nd of June, he wrapped filming. A few days later, Jeffery was named Bradley Fox's replacement on Neighbours for a period of two weeks. In October, it was revealed that Jeffery was assigned to be a Wentworth corrections officer. He also appeared in the Bevan Lee series Between Two Worlds for the Seven Network. It was announced in April 2021 that Jeffery will appear on the Netflix thriller series Pieces of Her. The show is inspired by the Karin Slaughter novel. In McLeod's Daughters, Jeffery was awarded the Silver Logie for Most Popular Drama Series Actor in 2004 and 2007.
