Alyson Lee Hannigan

Alyson Lee Hanigan was born on 24 March 1974. American actress and television host she is a native of the United States of America. Her credits include Willow Rosenberg (1997-1903) in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Lily Aldrin (2006), for which she was awarded an award called the People's Choice Award (2009), and Michelle Flaherty (99-2012). Hannigan hosts Penn Teller: Fool Us since 2016. Teller: The Fool Us since 2016. Hannigan is also Claire Clancy, an animated character from Fancy Nick (2018-2018). Hannigan was the sole child of Emilie (Posner) Haas, an agent in real estate and Alan Hannigan, a Teamsters worker. Hannigan's mom was Jewish, and her father Irish. At age four, Hannigan began appearing in commercials. When she turned 11, she moved to Hollywood with her mother. Her father was an agent for casting in Santa Barbara while she was there. She auditioned. Following high school, she enrolled at California State University Northridge. She was a member the Alpha Chi Omega fraternity in Northridge and graduated with a degree in psychology. Hannigan was the first actress to make an appearance in 1988's My Stepmother Is an Alien. Seth Green was also one of her co-stars. He was later her co-star on Buffy. She was first seen in TV in 1989 when she was cast as an actress on ABC's sitcom Free Spirit. Hannigan was just a teenager at the time she was an infantsitter of Bob Saget, her How I Met Your Mother co-star. Hannigan was then selected to portray Willow Rosenberg (Buffy Summers' best friend) in the TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. The show was awarded her famed national spotlight in 1997. She also stayed with Bob Saget's children on the show How I Met Your Mom. Angel wanted her to play Willow's role for a few episodes.
